About 20k is a septic, power and water run in but there is also 27k of slab upgrades this is on top of the base price. We are questioning this! We have added to the house but not much just moved the pantry on the wall of the meals area like the davenport and lined the laundry up with everything else!
The promo and inclusions are really bugging me because there is a huge difference. Our quote for the davenport premium was k! Been pretty quiet on our end at the moment with Christmas and NY.
